The leaves reminds me of Hoya pandurata but the shape is slightly off. Originates from Myanmar, Burma.

This is a fairly fast growing hoya. It frequently produces peduncles but takes it time flowering from them. Still I concider it an easily flowered species. The featured plant is 1 year old and flowered soon after the photo was taken.

Flowers are small, yellow and the corolla lobes don't reflex completely. They have no detectable scent.
